Client Representation

A company desiring to recruit Filipino personnel for their operations will designate OMANFIL as a recruiting agent. Both the client and our company shall abide by the existing laws and regulations of the government. They shall enter into an agreement, an agreement that shall be subjected to the prevailing laws prescribed by the Ministries of Labor and Foreign Affairs.

Applicant Selection

OMANFIL will recruit applicants through their large databank of applicants. Also, the company shall advertise jobs specified by the client. It should be noted that the advertisement expenses would be for the account of OMANFIL's client.

Facilitate Screening

OMANFIL will screen all applications. It includes the arranging for interviews of selected applicants. OMANFIL will also organize the supervising of trade tests. Afterwards, we will send the test papers to the client for selection. We shall then advise the selected applicants of the offer of employment.

Processing Agency

OMANFIL will put in order the necessary processing of the applicant's examination and contract. The medical examination includes x-rays and physical tests. OMANFIL will complete all the other formalities and documentation i.e. contract signing by the prospective employee etc.

Efficient Deployment

OMANFIL will ensure an efficient deployment of the newly hired employee. We will arrange the flight plans of the Filipino personnel, while also advising the client of the actual flight details. This makes certain a deployment that is well on-time and hassle-free for all parties involved.
