Job Description:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay current with nursing practices and advancements in healthcare.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervisory staff.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
- IELTS or OET passer
- Have started the NMBI registration
- Valid PRC license
