4. To follow clinical guidelines, codes and protocols while caring for residents
5. Provide, through high standards of professional practice, a caring environment conducive to
the physical, emotional/psychological, social and spiritual needs of each resident in Trinity
Care in a way that ensures their privacy and dignity and enhances their quality of life
6. To display an understanding of current issues affecting the provision of care for our residents
7. Make proactive clinical decisions that are in the best interest of the residents, seek assistance
from the DON where necessary
8. To communicate between other disciplinaries such as GP, Physio, SALT, TVN and OT etc
9. Collaborate with residents and the multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate appropriate continuity
of care. Collaborate with families, GPs and employees in treatment / intervention planning
and in the provision of support and advice
10. Ensure residents have access to proper health care, dentists, opticians, audiologists,
chiropodists, physiotherapists, and be responsible for making suitable arrangements for those

At least 2 years experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
IELTS or OET passer
Have started the NMBI registration
Valid Passport
