Job Description:
- Develop, review, and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including risk management, claims, and disputes.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate contract-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Contract Engineer.
- Preferably ex-Hyundai Engineering & Construction (HDEC) staff.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and contract management best practices.
- Proven experience in managing contracts for large-scale construction or engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
