Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Serve food and drinks according to established standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Set up tables, arrange utensils, napkins, and condiments. Clear tables efficiently after guests finish dining.
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders, working closely with the kitchen and bartending staff.
- Suggest menu items, specials, and upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Process payments, issue bills, and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
- Keep the dining area clean, including wiping tables, organizing condiments, and maintaining a tidy appearance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to accurately take and deliver orders while paying attention to specific customer requests.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting trays or objects comfortably.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying shifts or busy periods.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol service
