Job Description:
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway standards
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering customer questions
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the sandwich prep area and dining area
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet customer demand during peak hours
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in food preparation and handling preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific recipes and instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Burger restaurant experience is preferred but not required
