Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Must have experience in the furniture industry.
  • GCC experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Pro-active, team player, and able to work under pressure.
