Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients.
- Coordinate sales-related activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Must have experience in the furniture industry.
- GCC experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Pro-active, team player, and able to work under pressure.
