Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs, reporting any changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid PRC license
• Min. of 2 years experience in an Acute Hospital Setting within the last 2 years

• Salary: RN - SGD 2000
• Monthly Housing allowance: SGD 500
• One-off settling-in allowance: SGD 1000
