Ensures the performance of supervisory activities, inspection and technical assistance for the operations pertaining to
the relevant construction and pre commissioning.
Check & Review of Instrument Specification
Check & Review of Instrument and control valve Calibration Report
Check & Review of Instrument and control valve Installlation Inspection Report
Check & Review of Cable IR Test report
Review of Cable schedule and termination drawing.
Review of Instrument Loop Diagram(ILD)
Review of I/O list of system.
Review of Loop Test Package and Witness of Loop Test.
Coordiante with company/client for final acceptance of instrument loop.
Control and record of loop check folder after company approval.
Control of Loop Test Punch and coordinate for closure.
1.High school diploma with six (6) or more years of direct work experience, in the specific
engineering discipline(s), performing QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials,
equipment, systems and facilities under construction and Pre-Commissioning.
2. Three (3) or more years of direct work experience performing QC inspection and testing related
to the scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
3. Direct work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and
standards and testing requirements for the WORK,
