Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and painting.
Use and maintain tools and equipment relevant to each trade efficiently and safely.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in building systems and implement effective solutions.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
At least five (5) years of experience in a variety of building trades.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
