Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE-related matters, including safety procedures, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Conduct emergency response drills and ensure that emergency response plans are up to date and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the documentation and reporting of HSE-related incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in HSE to recommend improvements to existing programs and policies.
  • Lead and supervise a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE considerations into operational planning and decision-making processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance and strive for excellence in HSE management across the organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 YEARS OF SAFETY EXPERIENCE SPECIFIC TO THE CONTRACT'S SCOPE OF WORK.
  • FLUENT IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH.
  • SAFETY CERTIFICATION (eg OSHA/NEBOSH / NSC).
  • KNOWLEDGE OF FIRE FIGHTING TEAM / EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM.
  • GULF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • KOREAN COMPANY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
