Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and other employee benefits.
  • Coordinate and assist in employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Support the administration of employee relations programs and handle employee grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage workplace safety programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Staff member.
  • Preferably with HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Work experience in Hyundai E&C or other Korean companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience working on Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
