Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and other employee benefits.
- Coordinate and assist in employee training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Support the administration of employee relations programs and handle employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage workplace safety programs.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Staff member.
- Preferably with HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Work experience in Hyundai E&C or other Korean companies is highly preferred.
- Experience working on Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
