Job Description:
- Enforce and uphold safety standards within the workshop and during equipment operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory for tunneling equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to mechanics on new equipment and maintenance techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and performance.
Qualifications:
Work Experience:
- Over 10 years of extensive experience as a Foreman specializing in Tunneling Equipment.
- Proficient in Jumbodrill, shotcrete machine, charging car (service car), Manlift, Excavator, and Wheel loader operations.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs for tunneling equipment.
- Hands-on experience with various heavy machinery used in tunnel construction.
- Effective communication and coordination within the workshop.
Safety Compliance:
- Thorough understanding and implementation of safety protocols in tunneling equipment maintenance.
Problem-Solving:
- Excellent analytical skills to address complex issues related to tunneling equipment.
