Job Description:
- Provide patient care: Administer medications, monitor patient health, and provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Assess patient conditions: Perform initial patient assessments and document vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.
- Develop and implement care plans: Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress: Regularly check on patients and update care plans as needed, ensuring that treatment is effective.
- Educate patients and families: Provide information on treatment plans, medications, and post-hospital care to patients and their families.
- Manage medical records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Support patient recovery: Assist in rehabilitation and physical therapy exercises, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Respond to emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, providing first aid, CPR, or other necessary interventions.
- Ensure infection control: Follow protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment, preventing the spread of infections.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse - Min. of 2-years experience in an Acute Hospital Setting within the last 2 years
Enrolled Nurse - Min. of 1-year experience in an Acute Hospital Setting within the last 2 years
Requirements:
Valid PRC license
Passport
COE
- Salary: RN - SGD 2000 EN - 1400
- Monthly Housing allowance: SGD 500
- One-off settling-in allowance: SGD 1000
- Singapore nursing board fee is FREE for the first attempt
