Job Description:
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the dining room.
- Prepare tables before service hours and promptly reset them for incoming guests.
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish dining, promptly removing used dishes and utensils.
- Greet customers, escort them to their tables, provide menus, and offer assistance as needed during their dining experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, accommodate special requests, and resolve basic concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service and a pleasant dining environment
- Monitor and replenish dining essentials like napkins, condiments, and tableware.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with other staff members.
- Physical stamina and the capability to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial.
