Job Description:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients using precise quantities to achieve consistent results.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to the correct temperature and time.
- Decorate and present baked goods attractively for display and sale.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Must have a baking and pastry degree or its equivalent as well as 4 years management experience in a bakery. In addition, should be able to produce quality breads and pastry, be creative and train personnel in the bakery. Must have experience in decorating cakes.
