Assist in preparing ingredients, such as washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning vegetables, meats, and seafood.
Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions from the head cook or chef.
Participate in basic cooking activities, such as frying, grilling, or sautéing under supervision.
Aid the head cook or chef in the preparation of main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.
Prepare sauces, dressings, and garnishes as directed.
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
